John T. Bradbury b. KY 1830's

I have not been able to determine who my gr. gr. grandfather's parents are.John T was born in Bourbon Co. KY in either 1830 or 1836, according to his civil war record.He was married in Grant Co, INto Harriet Felton in 1854.He and Harriet were living in Grant Co in 1880 according to the census.Soon thereafter, they moved to Ashland, NE. In the 1880 census in Ashland, NE, there was a William A. Bradbury.I have to think there is a connection between William A and John T. as Ashland is a very small town. They may have been brothers or cousins. Furthermore, William A. moved to Decatur Co. KS after 1880 and John T.'s daughter (my gr. grandmother)Louisa Belle Bradbury and her husband, Will Ford also moved to Decatur Co. KS.Any help unraveling this mystery would be greatly appreciated!
