No, I'm afraid the information you sent does not help.What about Paul's death certificate?I wonder if this would give his parents' names like the Australian ones do.If not, then you could look for immigrants to Canada from England before 1830 on the shipping lists.I am sure there would not be many.Most emigrated to Canada after 1830.
