Thanks, Elizabeth, for your thoughts on this.I have a copy of the page from the Barbour Index for Voluntown, CT and the seven children I list were born there.I'm thinking that Sarah b. 1731 either had a wrong date listed or is someone else's child.I don't know where the listing of James and Elizabeth's children being born in RI came from; I'm betting the IGI and I always doubt the IGI, other than for clues.
