Re: Thomas & Hannah Braman

There is some overlap between Norton and Taunton vital records, because the area which later became the town of Norton was originally part of Taunton.(These records, up to 1850 or so, were compiled and published by the NE Historical Genealogy Society) As I recall, the births of Thomas and Daniel Braman, sons of Thomas and Hannah (Fisher) Braman, appears in both town books; the rest of the children are recorded only in the Norton volume.The information is correct, whether the author of the Family Group Sheet got his info from the town records or a secondary source.
