Hi - yes we are related. Nancy was the sister to John Bratton - from Cahoun County Mississip - died at Vicksburg during the Civil War - who's son was John Marshall Bratton who had 17 children with two wives - settled in Texarkana - Red River Texas and the youngest of these 17 was my father-in-law Jesse Dennis Bratton.My husband Charles Bratton is your cousin - who knows how many times removed. My husband Charles is Mary Gulletts 1st cousin twice removed.Isn't family history research a hoot.You never know who you will run across.I would love to see what you have on the Bratton side.
