Thomas H. Brennan, born in Oldham, England, Brennan/Harding/Ann Gavan/Henry
I'm looking for the decendants of my great-uncle Thomas H. Brennan, born 1882 in Oldham, England. Last record I have is he died in 1969 Providence, RI. He was mustered into the Spanish American War 1898 in the 1st R.I. Vol Infantry and mustered out in 1899 according to U.S. Army History Institute. My grandmother said he came home from the War, but then disappeared and was never seen again. His father, Patrick Brennan, born in County Mayo, Ireland and died in New Bedford, Ma 1935. His mother, Mary T. Brennan (Harding) born in County Mayo, Ireland and died in Dartmouth, Mass in 1917. Her father was Thomas Harding and mother Ann Gavan, birthplace Ireland.Thomas H. Brennan (my great uncle) was my grandmother's brother, Helen Broadhurst (Brennan), married to John Broadhurst, both died in New Bedford, Ma. I would like to find any of his decendants in Rhode Island or Mass. I would like to bring rest to my grandmother's sole, as she always spoke of him and worried so.I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in locating his family.
