Co. and Parish of Meherrin... unto my son, John, my tract of land a ____the No. side of Beaver Pond Cr., cont. 220 acs.; also 255 acs., lower part of another tract on said ck. cont. 495 acs. Beg. at the mouth of the Ready Br. and to the ___ line to include the aforesaid quantity to him etc. Likewise I give unto said son, John, my Negro girl, Patt, & five sheep... ...my son, George, 255 acs. of land on Beaver Pond Cr., the upper part of my tract con. 495. Beg. at mouth of Ready Br. and ___to the back? line to include my tract of land whereon I live, which lies on the South side of the Falling Run; also 130 acs. on lower part of a tract beg. the land I live on; also my Negro boy Jacob and one feather bed & furniture.. ..my daughter Sarah _____(Vincent?), one Negro girl named lucy, one cow and calf and two sheep... ..my daughter Frances Wyche, my Negro girl, Nan, three cows and calves___ ___ plates ... ...my daughter Elizabeth ____, my Negro wench, Hanna... ..my daughter Abigail Brewer my Newgro winch Milly My will is that my ____with all the residue of my est. not herewith for given away be sold and the money arising therefrom be equally div. among four youngest children: William; Henry; Elizabeth; and Abigail And if any of my last mentioned children should die before they arrive to the age of 21 - married then my will is that their part be equally div. among my surviving children their age not to be regarded. I give & beq. unto my son, William Brewer all that part of the tract of land I now live on, on the No. side of Falling Run granted in my patent bearing date the eight day of sep. 1728; also 150 acs. adj. the lower part of said tract.Beg. at the mouth of a small branch on the No. side of the Falling Run at the open end of the Great Meadow and then to my back line to include the aforesaid qty.Also my Negro man, Peter, my horse ___ and one young mare and one feather bed & furn. to him etc. ...my son Henry brewer all that part of that tract of land where I live which lies on the South side of Falling run; also 130 acs. of land the lower part of a tract beg. the land I live on; also my Negro boy Jacob & one featherbed andfurn...
