The image online census records for Jonathan Briggs children match up with the Giles Briggs in Medina OH. However the 1810 and 1820 Concord and Sardinia Census Image records have our Giles Briggs 10 years older than the Giles Briggs later living in Medina OH. in the 1840's . Our family has photos (TinTypes) of the Giles Briggs from Medina OH. along with photos of Mary Broadbeck. I don't know if there was a mistake in the age of Giles in the census records, or if he tried to portray his age younger in the Ohio Census, or if they are two different people. Its kind of confusing, because later census records in the 1870's have Giles Jr. born in New York which goes along with word of mouth passed down in our family, but on the other hand a recently acquired birth certificate shows that he was born in OH.
Anyway I love hearing from you,and any additonal infromation you have would be greatly appreciated.
