Anna Maria was a Bruch, but her baptism is found (in Records of St.Peter's Union Lutheran and Reformed Church, Plainfield Township, Northampton County) as "Brug":
"Brug" Anna Maria 7 Jul 1768Father = Michael Mother = Maria Elisab.
Published in Pennsylvania Births, Northampton County1733-1800 by John T. Humphrey.
I've heard Maria Elisabeth was a Mumbauer, but haven't seen any proof.
Anna Maria's burial is found in Tombstones in the Old Cemetery at Stone Church, Northampton County, Pa., Transcribed by Miss Kathryn Atchley and William Atchley:
"Brode, Catharine, wife of Conrad Brode, June 7, 1768 - April 22, 1849."
Note the error in the first name and the month of birth.I suspect the tombstone was nearly illegible when the transcription was made.
I'm interested in anything you're willing to share on the family of Ida.Please feel free to email me direct.
