Angeline Elizabeth Brogden Fallaw, B:SC, D:AL
Hope this helps those researching Angeline Elizabeth Brogden Fallaw. In Oakwood cemetery in Georgiana, Butler County, AL I noticed a grave in the older section that was hard to read, but I made out Fallaw and wondered if it might be Angeline Elizabeth Brogden Fallaw, sister of my descendant, Wilson Brogden.I don't believe a transcription of this cemetery is on line yet, but at the Butler County library there is an older typewritten transcription of Oakwood that listed:
Elizabeth Fallaw, B: Feb. 25, 1832,D: Jan. 17, 1912
Someone had handwritten: Angeline, Brogden and Mother
A.J. Fallaw, B: July 22, 1830, D: Dec. 4, 1890
Handwritten: Father
Tilman Fallaw, B: June 4, 1875, D: June 1, 1896
Handwritten: Son, strangulated hernia, Dr. J.G. Allmon
A.J. Fallaw, Jr., B: May 28, 1864, D: Jan. 6, 1909
Handwritten: Son, shot & killed by Father-in-law: Womack
Handwritten: Unmarked slab, pneumonia in N.O., LA
Velia Ann Fallaw, B: 7-1-1856, D: 2-27-1924
