This is the second part of a sale by Lease and Release of 2 pieces of freehold land in Lowestoft. John Elph is buying the land for £400 from Charles Browne, with Richard Miller acting as a trustee for Charles Browne. Alexander Payne appears to be a trustee for John Elph who plays very little part in the contract.
