Sarah Browne or Sarah Brown, Wales 1847

From the 1851 census I have:

BROWN ELIZABETHDA -4M GLA LLANGYFELACH(c1850)

And from the 1881 census, my gggrandfather's family:

(possibly 3 additional children, Polly, Ivor & Benjamin)

On this 1881 census, Elizabeth Browne is listed as the sister of Sarah Taylor.I am trying to determine if Sarah Taylor is Sarah Brown from the 1851 census and if the name is spelled Browne or Brown.Any help would be appreciated....ted
