I'm doing research for a friend looking for his birth family and on documents the surnames Brun and O'Brien were mentioned.His name at birth on church registry was Joseph Noel Thomas, illegitimate son of Mary O'Brien.On a note left to the adoptive family, he's named as 'Baby Brun'.Would you be willing to help and share some information? My friend was born in New Brunswick and Post Adoption Services were not able to locate the birth parents.
