I am presently following the Brunelle line who stayed in Canada. Does anybody know the reasons why the Brunelle dit-name appeared in the Limousin-Beaufort line and where it comes from? I know that Brunelle is a variation of Brunel and that there is a lot of them in Belgium. Is there any relation?
I will be in the Batiscan/Champlain area sometime during this summer to do investigations. If you are interested in the forcoming results, please send me and email and I will transfer you the results.
