Charlene...My Birch/Burch genealogy relates to Thomas Birch sr. b. 1746 in Irelandd. 1844 in Monongalia W.Va.
He was a Rev. war Patriot, serving in MD.My husband is a Gt. Gt. Grandson of Thomas Sr. & descends from the 2nd large family with common law wife, Maria Knox.Do these names appear in your Burch lineage?We do not know where in Ireland Thomas Birch sr. was born!!!!

Right now I'm focusing on Peter Lashley Burch(1822-1875)who 1st md Elisabeth______ & 2nd, Matilda Ann Stewart.Matilda later md. Quintas Dawson.If you have information on any of these surnames I would love to share & compare info.
