Re: BURKS Genealogies in Bedford Co., VA

Can anyone out there help me with my family? My grandfather was from Bedford, VA, and his name was Harry G. Burks, Jr. He was born in 1899. He had brothers named Watts and Beverly, a sister Anna, and I think a couple of other brothers. He and my grandmother (Catherine Parnell Burks - she was from Savannah, GA) are both buried (their ashes) in that beautiful cemetery at the top of a very picturesque, high, tree-surrounded hill in Bedford, VA.Many of our paricular "Burks clan" had a reunion there and visited that cemetery quite a few years ago- I (Cynthia Watts Burks) am 31 now, and it (the reunion) was probably at least 10-15 years ago, I guess.They (my grandparents) had three sons - Harry G. Burks III, William Parnell Burks, and Robert Watts Burks.Robert Watts Burks is my father. Please reply to this email and I will be so thrilled to get back to you!I do not know where to turn.
