MRS. ANNIE BURNEY.
Mrs. Annie Burney died Monday night at 2 o’clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.G. Jolly, 1511 Cotton avenue. Mrs. Burney was 65 years old. She had resided in El Paso for nearly five years. Four sons and one daughter survive her. They are: Mrs. W.G. Jolly and Mrs. Lee Peterson of El Paso, Mrs. Ben Irvin of Oklahoma, Mrs. John Williams of Kerrville, Tex., and D.W. Burney of Alamogordo, N.M.
The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock from the residence. Rev. A.N. Evans, of the Highland Park Methodist church, conducted the service.
Interment was in Concordia cemetery.
