Dear Nora--
I check through my Burton names and could not find a Samuel James Burton, son of John and Elenor Burton.However I do not have many Burton names so we might find a connection in the future.If you could give me more information such as dates and places, perhaps I could help.There are some new sites which I have been able to use lately that are most helpful such as the 1901 and 1911 Canadian Census.
