Your 1st Alexander Calder, is apparently the son of, James Calder & Margaret Robb, from Morayshire, Scotland. Their family settles in Peterborough County, Ontario in the 1830's, but branches of this family migrate throughout southwestern Ontario during the 1800's. They eventually settle in the counties of Bruce, Essex, Huron, Norfolk, Peterborough, and also Parry Sound, Ontario. I would be interested in exchanging information about this family!
