Hi Tom, I read in a book titled "Mississippi, a Province ,A Territory, and a State."about the Swaze Colony and alexander Callender's family is mentioned. Migrated with the colony to Natchez area in early 1770s. I'm sure he's my gggg-grandad-- and yours. Check it out Best Regards Gary C.
