--James Walter (1843) is the son of John Dawson CALLISON (1805-1871) and Mary Ann PAGE (1809-1869). --John Dawson is the son of Joseph CALLISON (1776-1834) and Susannah DAWSON (1777-1823) --Joseph is probably the son of William CALLISON (c1754 Augusta Co., VA) whose parents are probably James (1722 Ireland) and Isabella CALLISON who were early pioneers in Augusta Co., VA.
