I am seeking information on my Joseph Calvert and I feel you may be my people.My Joseph was born 5 Jan 1782 in Mississippi and died 23 Aug 1841 in Blount Alabama.

Joseph would be my 4 Great Grandfather.I come from his son William P. Calvert; who had a son John Hamaker Calvert; who had a daughter Elizabeth Calvert.Elizabeth married Hyrum Stanger;they had a daughter Wilma Stanger who had my mother Karen William, who had me Trena Dixon.

My records show Joseph married to an Elizabeth {Pounds} married 1803 and a Margaret Lake married 1832.

With Elizabeth I show the following children:William P., John W., James P., Nancy W., Eunice P., W. Calvert; Mary Polly, Elizabeth W., Esther W., Sally P., Joseph P., Samuel W., Jonathan, and Adonijah.

With Margaret Lake I show the following children: Rebecca Jane, Luvicy, Cassandra, Amanda Melvina, and Lewis Noah.

We also believe William to be the father of Joseph but have not found any evidence to prove this as yet.This is the first time I have heard the name Mary Lake Moon.Do you have documentation on this?
