Bill: I don't know anything specific about your Seth Calvert, but I'm very much interested in the Calverts who were in Grant County, Arkansas. I'm sure your Seth's family came with the other Calverts (and with the Keesee family among others) from Tuscaloosa and Bibb Counties, Alabama, to Saline County, Arkansas about 1836 (Grant was formed from part of Saline in 1869). The Calverts I research left Saline County about 1850 and ended up in Robertson County, Texas. Check out the Robert Calvert, Alexander Calvert, and William Calvert who were in Saline Co., Arkansas, then Robertson County, Texas--they are connected to your Seth in some way. More info at my site:
