My Grandfather was Patrick CALVERT born around 1890 in Strabane Northern Ireland.

I was always told that there was only one line of Calverts in Ireland - descended from George CALVERT the Secretary of State in the 17th Century. He was Lord Baltimore and went from Ireland to New Ferryland in Canada, but this settlement failed. His son was the first Governer of Maryland.

If what I was told is true, then these Calverts are related to me, and You are related to me too!

My Grandfather was the son of Hugh CALVERT who we think married Sarah HARKIN.We think Hugh was the son of Hiram CALVERT.
