(It includes a piece formerly known as Butcher Close of 3 roods; another piece is bounded on the West by the Town Street.)
A curious detail included is that James Laceby "was married since 1st January 1834 and hereby declares that no woman whom he shall leave shall be entitled to dower out of" the property.
