Re: 1750 Will of Gilbert Campbell & his fam.

I dont thnk That this is the Same Man but I have a Small list of Scottish Prisoners,that as Transported to America in The Aftermath of Colloden in 1746.One of them was another Gilbert Campbell That was Received at Tilbury Fort abt 31 Mar 1746/7.along with the Following Campbells (Campble) as spelled in This List.Donald, Duncan,Evan, Gilbert,& William.
On the Preceding Page was William Campbell,Saunders,John,Duncan,Douglas,Alexander all Campbells.
Some of them were Taken to Matiniquie and set Free and Others were sent to the Barbadoes,and yet Others Landed in Marylandin 1747.
As your Duncan and Gilbert were Close to That time Period,I thought that I would send this List to Your Posting.
