DeanThanks for the information.I hesitate to mention this but you may find if helpful.My grandfather believed Martin Capper's father to be a brother to Arthur's Capper's father.Among other things Arthur Capper was a Kansas state senator.I have further information on Arthur Capper if you are interested.
