Kevin-I am trying to pull my Capper stuff together. Interesting how Kansas is a common denominator. There seems to be a Martin Capper with similar names in the family who is not my Samuel Capper brother, but has European parents, rather than from Virginia. Do you have any Sandcreek, Decatur, Indiana ties? If Greensburg is nearby, perhaps I have some of your people in my files. Please tell me about Arthur. As yet I have not run into an Arthur Capper. Kansas counties where I know my Cappers to have been are Wilson and Cowley and Allen counties. In the meantime, I will paste the following from my files to see if you can associate with any.
