I have a relative, Johnella Carlton, also born in King and Queen Virginia prior to the Civil War, married a Captain Edward Campbell Fox (killed at Battle of Yellow Tavern), Johnella came to Pine Bluff, Ark area right after war with four children.I have nothing more on her.It appears that there is a strong Carlton connection between King and Queen County, VA and Arkansas -- is Johnella the sister of Col. Charles Carlton (would be about same age)?, does anybody know connection.Thanks.
