George W. Carmen Buried In Rock Run Cemetary
The body of George W. Carmen, a former resident of Havre de Grace, was buried last week. Mr. Carmen died in October 1946, at Spring Grove Hospital, where he was employed. It seems the authorities there were unable to locate any relative or near friend, and the body was not interred until April 1947, when burial was made on the hospital grounds.Recently, through long legal entanglements, the body was released, and buried in this county beside that of his wife, Mrs. Mary Carmen, who died a number of years ago. There were no children.
