There is a Wm. Cremain listed in 1870 Census German Twp. Allen Co. Ohio
Wm. 35 Shoemaker
Matilda 28 House Keeper

During the War with Germany they changed the name of German Twp to American Twp. Allentown, Ohio Is located there and a lot of Cremeans were located around there. Thereare 2 cemeterys located just outside of Allentown and if you looked there you might find them
