Thomas F. Carr d. 1914

I have found the headstone of Thomas F. Carr born in 1839 or 1899 and died in 1914.He is buried in Hillside Cemetery in Vallejo, CA.He has a military headstone that indicates he was in the Navy.There isn't a record of him being buried there so I was looking for a little history about him so I can add him to the records.I can send a picture of his headstone also.I found it under a lot of rose bushes.
