Passed into the beyond at the home of her daughter, Mrs Elsie Wanger at Freedom, Oklahoma, at half past 5 oclock,Jan.28,1924.
She was born in Nashville, Tenn,May 10,1840.
Her parents dying while but a small girl,she
was raised to womanhood by her sister Nancy
Sutton. She moved to Missouri while young,then to Kansas, and for many years resided in Greeley, Kansas. She having gone to Oklahoma to make her home with her children,about eight years ago. She was married to Henry South in 1857, and after his death she married Benjamin N. Wright.
To these two marriages 11 children were born,of which six are still living,five at her bedside when death came. Later on Mr.
Benjamin Wright died and her children all being grown,she married Al Bingamon, he having proceded her in death a number of years ago. She was only bedfast for a week,tho her health had been failing fast the last few months. She leaves to morn her death: Mrs. Jane Shepherd,Mosco,Idaho: Walter Wright of Greeley,Kansas,Will Wright
of LaFontaine,Kansas:Mrs. Elsie Wanger of
Freedom,Oklahoma,Frank Wright of Kansas City,Missour; and Edward South of Freedom, Oklahoma, and a host of friends and relatives.
The pall bearers were her grandsons,Dick,Charley,Elvin Wanger,Walter and Harvey South,and Earl Armentrout.
She lived a faithful Christian life from girlhood and was loved by all who knew her.
