Benj. Casterline of Ithaca, NY

Is there anyone else that is related to Benj. Casterline who died in 1828 in Ithaca NY, whose wife, Ruth Mather went to Warren Co, PA with her daughter, Anna Casterline/ Bates, and her son-in-law, James Bates?

I am still looking for reletives, and maybe a detail that will solidly link the Bates genealogy to clear up some questions that I have.
