We are cousins. My father is Billy Gene Cato, son of Harrison and Dorthy Cato. He is the brother of James Thomas (J.T.) Cato, Paul Edward Cato, Leroy Cato, Hubert Cato, Harold Cato, Ronald Cato, Katherine (Cato) Brown, Lori (Cato) Wiseman, Pearl (Cato) Jackson.
As a pre-teenager, our grandmother Dorothy (Swick) Cato lived with us in her final days. I was alone with her in the house when she died.
I grew up in Stoddard and Bollinger County, MO just a mile from the Cato Cementary.I am interested in learning more about the Cato lineage. I have never known any names of ancestors on this side of my family. Any information would be helpful. - Tarrell
