Re: Samuel Walker Catts b. 1791 in MD

I have found his parents. They are Michael and Jane Catts of Cecil county, Maryland. Michael lived 1755-1798. His will is recorded in Cecil county. His wife had died the year previous, and so the children were orphaned. They were ages 4 to 20. The will instructed that the boys be sent to apprentice with tradesman in Baltimore.
