William Curry, Mortgagor to Gideon Scull , Merchant and Jacob Katts, weaver, Mortgagees.
for A certain Piece or tract of Land Lying in Upper Penns Neck Viz. & etc.: Witnesseth that the said William Curry for
and in consideration of and on the account of his Present wife Ruth Curry refusing to Sign and Acknowledge certain
Deeds & conveyances which he the said Curry has made to Robert Harbeson and the said Harbeson has since conveyed
to Gideon Schull afores'd and one other made to Jacob Katts all which conveyances she Refuses to sign and acknowledge
on which account Defense and special security to the said Scull & Katts, he the said William Curry hath granted bargained
sold aliened and confirmed unto the said Gideon Schull and Jacob Katts Jointly all the Residue of a certain tract of Land
which he purchased of Jacob Wright containing fifty nine acres and the said Curry having sold and conveyed Twenty nine
Acres of the same to Robert Harbeson, then Remains thirty Acres be the same more or less in the township aforesaid and
Joining Lands of William Miller known by the Name of White, Together with all and Singular the heritament and
appurtenances belonging or in any wise appertainingTo have and to hold the said Premises unto the said Gideon Scull and
Jacob Katts, their heirs Exec's, Adm'rs. During the space of 500 years from the Date hereof, Rent if Demanded one ear
of Indian Corn on the 25th March every year, Provided always tat the said William Curry, his heirs, Exec's, Adm'rs do not
sell or offer to sell the aforesaid Land, Premises or any Part thereof to any Persons whatsoever, without the knowledge of
the said Scull & Katts, their heirs, Exec'rs, Adm'rs. or Assigns, upon any other terms than subject to the aforesaid written
Encumbrance thentheir___ and every ____ hereincontained & Shall cease Determine and be __ any thing herein to
the Contrary not withstanding and afores'd & etc.
