Re: Samuel Walker Catts b. 1791 in MD

A biographical sketch on his grandson Sidney Johnston Catts, (who was governor of Florida) says that:

He was a descendant of GEORGE CATTS who came from Holland in 1760 and settled in Germantown, Pa.

I have not been able to verify this. There are several towns in Pennsylvania named Germantown.
