I have a grandmother that was was adopted by a man and his wife that was named catts. Her name was Margret Catt this was in 1930. kalamazoo, mi. but the lady that maiden name was maude marjura harper (catt) don't know what the husbands name looks like it was lous catt. maude died 6 month after adoption took place. they also adopted a boy named donald harper catt.
