Cecil's of Ky & Tn.

Hello all..I am looking for information on a Rachel Cecil/Sissel, born about 1835 in Kentucky...According to the 1870 census she is on she was living in Clinton County, Ky., she is listed at the age of 35. and their are 3 children listed-Suphromia(we think is Sally)age 11, Alventine- age 9 (my ggg-grandmother), & Mary-age8...I do know Alventine had a brother named William...Alventine married a Granville Parker (who is said to have been a sheriff at one point and killed someone during a poker game when william got shot)and Mary married Granville's brother John......If you have any info on this rachel like who her parents were or who her husband is (he is not listed on the 1870 census at the time it was taken), all info would be greatly appreciated and am willing to share info...Thanks
