My apologies as I have been really snowed under the past two weeks with work. As soon as the Post Office opens after Easter I will definately send off my letter and information on Thomas & Caroline Champ to you.
When they left England on the Glentanner in 1859, they had 3 daughters and a son. They arrived at Moreton Bay (Brisbane) with only their eldest child Sarah Ann, as Scarlet Fever had swept through the ship and claimed many children. They had another three daughters and a son (he died in infancy) in Brisbane, the youngest being my great-grandmother, Martha Ward Champ.
