I am searching for my step-father's relation.His name was Claude Cecil Chance.His father went by the nickname of Chas (probably was Charles).There is some Cherokee Indian blood in the line somewhere as they were involved in the trail of tears march to Florida or Georgia.The whole Chance family was involved in oil production in the early days of oil strikes in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.Is there any connection to your Chance family?Larry Desaire
