Are you sure that Electa was born in Marlboro, VT?She was probably the daughter of John Charter of Orwell, Vermont and later Ontario County, New York.I have done much research on the family. Electa signed a deed as heir-at-law of Henry Charter from Monroe County, New York.Henry was a son of John Charter and brother of my Francis Charter.
