William Skelton Ewbank (Melbourne) Charters

I would appreciate information regarding William Skelton Ewbank (Melbourne) Charters, baptised Glenavy,Parish of Camlin,County Antrim,Ireland.
He was the sixth son of James Charters and Ann Skelton.They lived at "Glendona",Gobrana,Parish of Camlin,County Antrim.

William came to Australia with two of his brothers mid 1800s.
Charters Towers,Queensland was named after him.
He was Gold Commissioner and Police Magistrate.
