Samuel Charters (died roughly around 1920), was a lock engineer on the river Bann in Artnagras, married to (--- Payne)

Daughters: Sarah, Minny, Gus, Sadie

Son: Robert Dandford Charters (1894 - 1938), married to Edith Armstrong, fought in World war I, moved to Bapaume ave. Belfast 1932
