A bit of info (unverified) but that might be useful
First, Wilfrid and Donate Lemieux are mentioned in the book: "Anger -125 ans 1861-1986" pages at the end, after page 126, a picture.

As for the family, here is what I have in my notes some taken from Dictionnaire Drouin. N.B. in this Dic. near Wilfrid, handwritten there is Denis Séguin 4.1 and under Eugénie Wolf is written Téphirine Théoret.

Wilfrid Chartrand married Donate Lemieux daughter of Pierre Lemieux and Marie-Louise Wesley-Desjardins de Buckingham.
They had the following children:
-Hector who married Laurence Beaulne on Juin 17, 1944 in Angers, Qc (Outaouais)
-Edouard, who married Jane Gleason on August 25, 1956 in Masson Qc.
-Armand, (mother inscribed Iona) married Monique Brodeur on August 29, 1953 in Buckingham Qc.
-Roméo who married Huguette Matte daughter of Alb. Matto and Ozina Lamoureux on Aug 19, 1942 in Buckingham, Qc.
-Marie-Ange married Roger Mercier on Sept 29, 1952 in Buckingham, QC.
-Hélène married Clarence Storey on Sept 18, 1948 in Buckingham Qc.
-Lucien married Liliane Storey on Aug. 25 1951 in Buckingham Qc.

At a later date, I found a reference to Wilfrid Chartrand, married to Donate Lemieux giving Wilfrid's parents name as Joseph Chartrand and Eugénie Wolf. I did not find the marriage of this last couple.
Wilfrid and Donate lived in Buckingham in 1944.
