Joseph Chase, b Mich, 1919

Looking for info on family of Joseph Chase, lived in Oregon
in late 30s early 40s, was red haired and deaf.On his
death information the maiden name of his mother was listed as
Rosa, which I think might have been her first name.
He died in California.
