Thanks Tom.That's a start.Now I'll be trying to dig deeper to see if it is just a name or if there is indeed a particular castle.I'm beginning to find information on my side (Heyl) that leads to Wiessemburg which is so close to the border between Germany (Rheinland Pfalz) and France (Alsace Lorraine) that it the city might have been in either France or Germany, depending upon where the fought over border was in the 1830's.
