Wm Cherry b NC 1804 lived Central GA

William Cherry b 1804 in North Carolina married Edna Perrin Heard in 1842:
They lived in Houston Co, Georgia prior to 1840 and lived next door his brother Riley Cherry m Charity Wicks.
Is Wiley Cherry the father of these two men.I believe they lived in Washington and Wilkinson County prior to moving to Houston Co. Happy to share information
