Hi, this should open the page for you
http://content.ancestry.com/iexec/?htx=view&r=an&dbid=49197&iid=FLHG_IndextoTithesSlavesLoudounCnty-0112&rc=257,491,357,517;254,991,355,1016;253,1691,353,1719;253,2396,354,2423;253,2645,354,2671;252,2933,353,2961&fn=&ln=chinn&st=d&ssrc=&pid=51830http://content.ancestry.com/iexec/?htx=view&r=an&dbid=49197&iid=FLHG_IndextoTithesSlavesLoudounCnty-0112&rc=257,491,357,517;254,991,355,1016;253,1691,353,1719;253,2396,354,2423;253,2645,354,2671;252,2933,353,2961&fn=&ln=chinn&st=d&ssrc=&pid=51830
I tried pasting it and it worked. It's a new listing from 8/24 which I noticed when perusing the weekly newsletter, a ways down the recent database list.I'm from the illegitimate line of Margaret Ball and Raleigh Chinn through Charles Downman.Stunned I was to learn there were slaves in the family. My line moved on to Missouri and was impoverished within a couple of generations.
I'm running back to work from lunch. If the above doesn't pull up the page for you, I'll type it out for you when I get home.
Trish
